- Ask about allergens when you order: US food law names nine major allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame), and kitchens can tell you which dishes contain them.
- Restaurant inspection results are kept by the city or county health department; many publish them online or post the latest grade at the door.
- For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

Overall, I had a good experience at Claws and Cleavers Cat Cafe, and the cats were definitely the highlight! They were very cute, friendly, and were able to walk around and interact with customers. The café itself was also clean, and the atmosphere was nice and enjoyable. The staff were all very nice and helpful. However, the check-in process felt a little disorganized, especially because it was very busy when I visited. I think having a more organized check-in system would make the experience smoother. There was also a lot of information on the signs and windows, which made things feel a little confusing and overwhelming at times. The food I had was good, but I felt it was very expensive for only two items. Because of the price, I personally wouldn’t purchase food or drinks there again. One other thing I noticed was that there were some younger children who weren’t always very gentle with the cats. My friends and I noticed that some of the cats became scared and hid because of this. I think having a minimum age requirement or clearer rules about how children should interact with the cats could help make the environment more comfortable and safe for them. Overall, I would recom

Got two drinks there and they both were amazing! I met one of the owners (I cannot remember her name but she was so sweet!) the energy in the lounge and cafe was so calming and positive. I’m excited to partake in their sound healing, the vibes are immaculate. I took my toddler into the lounge to see the cats and the area was clean and comfortable. The decor was amazing especially for someone who also is big on energy healing. We will definitely be back 🙏🏻💘

This cat cafe is a unique experience. I wish the signs outside the door helped because I and some other customers were left confused in the waiting space by the lounge. I would recommend clearer signs in the future. That being said, the drinks were fantastic and both the cafe and lounge were very neat and clean. I think some of reviews talking about too few cats or being disappointed in the time spent with cats are a bit unfair, it seemed a good number of cats for the room and space. It did not smell and the employee in the room was doing a great job keeping the cats safe and even setting one cat up in his favorite chair. This does seem to be combined with spirituality. There were references to rituals throughout the cafe which was a little off putting to me but also, to each their own! The prices are reasonable and overall it is was a very unique experience with great drinks!

This is what the people want. The food? Delicious. The people running the place? Delightful. The cat companions? Downright adorable. This business will undoubtedly do well. Im spreading the word despite wanting to keep this place my little secret because hugging a kitten is healing to the soul. I ran in on my lunch break and only had about 10 minutes to spare, the gorgeous person working told me I could go right in to the cat room <3

Unfortunately, there were no helpful reviews or photos of this place. Had I seen what it was actually like, I probably would not have visited. We travel frequently and have visited at least 30 cat cafés across the country, so we understand how they are normally organized. Parking was a definite positive: it was free, plentiful, and convenient. However, the café and cat lounge are separated by a wall and feel like two different businesses. To get a drink, you must leave the cat area, order it in the café, and then return. The website had many problems. It would not let me reserve for three people and only accepted $18 without specifying the number of guests. Thankfully, the two women supervising the cats kindly admitted all three of us for that amount. Since $18 is normally the average price for one person at other cat cafés, we essentially received a substantial discount and genuinely appreciate their understanding. They were kind, attentive, responsible, and carefully supervised both the visitors and cats. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The cat room was dark and not very inviting, the furniture was dirty, and there were far too few seats. Most vis
